"Flip That House" TV Show Looking for Stories
The TV show "Flip That House" is actively looking for people who would like to be featured with their house flipping venture on TV. Producers are out looking for active real estate investors who are currently purchasing, rehabbing and reselling residential property. "Because of the market we are in, it is getting harder to find people who are actually still in the business", according to one of the producers of the show.
"Flip That House" is a documentary series that currently airs on the The Learning Channel (TLC). House flipping (buying, renovating and selling a house for profit) is currently the hottest trend in the real estate industry. Each episode of FLIP follows one flipper through the process of buying, fixing-up, and selling a house. Season Four of Flip That House in HD airs Saturdays at 8PM E/P on TLC and TLC HD.
Filming for the upcoming season that begins in September is currently under way. But because of the time involved on each flip project, they will need to be able to get the project completed by the deadline for completing filming for the season. Some house projects can take two to three months from start to finish and sometimes longer, so time will be of the essence.
If you have a project that you would like to be featured on TV along with all of the ups and downs that normally accompany a typical flip you can contact the producers, Actual Reality Pictures, in Hollywood at (310) 202-1272. You can also visit their website at www.arp.tv. The producers are looking for energetic house flippers that want to have a little fun, who have a personality suitable for TV and whose project can be completed within the production schedule. |
