Why Buy Real Estate

Why should you be looking to Real Estate to increase your income? Well, to begin with, more millionaires have been made out of Real Estate than any other industry. Sure there are many people who have made millions from other industries. There are the Rockefellers with oil, and DuPont’s with gun powder and chemicals, Gates with computers, etc. After all, this is America, and you are free to make as much money as you want. But much of the big money has come out of Real Estate.

But Why Me, you ask? Unless you know a lot about oil, chemicals, computers or something else that will make you a millionaire, Real Estate may be the one thing that just about anyone can do. While you do need some education on how to do it right, you don't need to study four years at college about a lot of things that may not be important to making money. In fact, in a lot of ways, college does not really prepare you to make money. You can learn a great deal about a particular subject or field of study, but college does not teach you 'how to make money'.

Why Now?

When is the best time to buy something? When it is "On Sale". Have Real Estate prices been going down? Yes. A lot of people may be telling you that this is a bad time to invest in Real Estate with the economy the way it is. They say, "Look at all of the people losing money and their homes". But with the current dip in home prices, there may never again be such a bargain time to buy Real Estate.

Other great reasons for why you should invest in Real Estate include:

    - Less than 2% of Americans earn $100,000 a year
    - Bankruptcies and Foreclosures are at a 20 year high
    - 87% of Americans at age 65 retire broke
People are not planning for their future. They keep doing the same thing they've done their entire adult lives believing that eventually it will work out for them. But for 87 people out of 100, eventually never comes – Unless you do something to change your destiny.

Get yourself a little education on how to invest the right way in Real Estate and make that change. Right now is one of the best times you will find to get started. You can start right here at www.FlipThatHouseWebsite.com. You can also start by visiting one of our sponsors, Armando Montelongo.com . Real Estate is On Sale and we can help get you started.
